  • Free standard shipping is UPS Ground for items shipped in the United States. Free standard shipping is the US Post Office for items shipped to a P.O. Box, (Hawaii and Alaska) and to U.S. Military "APO" and "FPO".

Return Policy
  • Call first for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Refund amount will be less a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
  • Any special shipping, handling and insurance requested is non-refundable.
  • Return merchandise must be within 30 days from delivery.
  • Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Any merchandise used, worn, or not in the same condition as shipped cannot be returned.
  • Special orders and custom merchandise are non-returnable.
  • Coin jewelry is non-returnable due to market fluctuation in metal prices.

Claims for Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • All products shipped in the United States and to Military "APO" and "FPO" will be shipped insured for their puchase value. This is to cover there cost due to any damaged in shipping or lost shipments. The United Parcel Service (UPS) claims process will govern all claims on products that are damaged or lost during shipment by (UPS). The United Parcel Service web site is (www.ups.com).The United States Postal Service (USPS) claims process will govern all claims on products that are damaged or lost during shipment by (USPS). The United States Postal Service web site is (www.usps.com). If any other carrier is used to ship products, then that carries claims process will govern all claims on products that are damaged or lost during shipment. Any and all claims will be the responsibility of the purchaser to initiate. Notify 24k Floral of any product damaged or lost during shipment immediately. A delay in notifying 24k Floral could jeopardize settlement of the claim through the carrier. Upon request, 24k Floral will send the purchaser any documentation available that may help facilitate processing the claim.
